This policy explains how matilvo.com and the Matilvo business portal use cookies and similar technologies. It applies to the marketing website and the web-based business portal only — the Matilvo customer mobile app does not use cookies. Instead, it stores your login session securely on your device.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember who you are between page loads, and can be used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, or understand how a site is used.
2. The cookies we currently use
Matilvo currently uses only strictly necessary cookies — we do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on matilvo.com or the business portal.

3. Third-party requests
Matilvo loads typefaces from Google Fonts to display the site consistently. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as a normal part of that request; Google does not use this for advertising on our behalf. We do not currently embed any third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts on matilvo.com or the business portal.
4. Future changes
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future — for example, to understand how visitors use matilvo.com — we will update this policy first and request your consent through a cookie banner where the law requires it, before any non-essential cookie is set.
5. How to control cookies
Because we only use a strictly necessary cookie today, there is nothing to opt out of without losing the ability to stay signed in to the business portal. You can still view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — note that blocking the matilvo_session cookie will sign you out of the business portal and prevent you from staying logged in.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
